John Johnstone, PhD from the University of Waterloo, will outline how the Great Lakes were formed by examining the properties of rocks, ice, lava and water.

Meetings
Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Simcoe Recreation Centre, Norfolk Room. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.
Field Events
Various field outings are also planned throughout the year, and include trips to local conservation areas, bird banding, winter tree identification and much more. Field outings are free of charge.
