Brent Sinclair, a PhD student at the University of Western Ontario, will tell us about insects in Southern Ontario that get their nutrition from a liquid diet and will explain why that’s a challenge, and the extraordinary adaptations that help them get away with it.

Meetings
Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Simcoe Recreation Centre, Norfolk Room. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.
Field Events
Various field outings are also planned throughout the year, and include trips to local conservation areas, bird banding, winter tree identification and much more. Field outings are free of charge.
