This event is on hold, pending an assessment of the COVID-19 situation as the date draws closer. Any decision to proceed with the event will be confirmed no later than two weeks out. Please monitor the NFN web site for updates.

Miranda Sawyer, who is doing bat research with the University of Western Ontario at Old Cut Banding Station, will fill us in on the state of our bats. Event will take place at the Vittoria Community Centre, main meeting room. Doors open at 7:15 p.m., and event begins at 7:30 p.m.

 

Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Simcoe Recreation Centre, Norfolk Room. Doors open at 7:15 p.m. and the program begins at 7:30 p.m.

Field Events

Various field outings are also planned throughout the year, and include trips to local conservation areas, bird banding, winter tree identification and much more. Field outings are free of charge.
