Peter Carson and Mary Gartshore have been studying local moth species for quite a few years. They use light traps and sugaring methods to attract the moths, as well as rearing some of the larger species, and will have some on display. They will discuss the natural history of these nighttime fliers. You will enjoy hearing the singing katydids. Meet at 316 Norfolk County Road 60 in Walsingham. The farm is on the south side of the road 5.5 km west of Highway 59. Questions? Contact Mary or Peter at 519-586-3985.
